From the point of view of profitability building of any garages when it is fixed is justified that capacity of the free platform used before as a parking-place, any more does not correspond to demand and new floors designed so, that percent and current payments from the capital, and also expenses for the equipment, modernization and construction operation can be covered. In certain cases it is recommended to increase garage floors gradually according to growth of requirement for storage places. Thus there can be expedient a vertical partitioning of building zones that does not exclude possibility of the further expansion of a ramp construction or garage with the mechanical transporting equipment by a superstructure.
Some characteristics of underground and land garages with stages or the mechanical transporting equipment, which have great value at a choice of type of buildings, are lower resulted.
