    I like the “healthy vegetarian” myth! I was a chubby vegetarian most of my life. :) I ate double parts of pasta, lots of butter on my bread, and can you say candy? Wow. I was a sugar freak. It took me years to figure out that I needed a healthy way to get more protein and to learn to take pleasure in vegetables.
